Q: What is a floret?

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Due to the fact that each candle is customized, all sales are final. Unless shipped by error on our part, our merchandise is not returnable under any circumstances.

Q: What if my package arrived damaged?

A: If your package does not arrive in suitable condition, don't accept it from the carrier. If there is any damage or breakage, contact the delivery service immediately. All of our packages leave our production facility in good condition. Our responsibility for the package stops upon delivery to the carrier. In addition, you also need to receive a claim number from the delivery service.

Q: What length should I trim the wick to?

A: Before lighting, trim your wick to ¼".

Q: How long should I burn my container candle?

A: To use a container candle to its fullest, allow the candle to burn until the melt pool reaches the sides of the jar.

Q: How do I burn a votive?

A: Votives are not pillar candles. They are meant to liquefy as they burn so they must be in an appropriate votive container. In other words, the votive must be in a container that entirely covers the candle.

Q: What is a floret?

A: A floret is a scented, colored piece of wax that as it melts, scents your room. It is a nice alternative for someone who is not allowed to light a candle.
