Pricing
At Sweet As You
Please, Inc.™,
we will make every attempt to ensure that our prices quoted
online are current. However, we do retain the right to make any
necessary changes, if an error in pricing has occurred or if
there is any other need to update the current listed prices. All
prices are subject to change without notice.
Minimum
Orders and Wholesaling
We do not
have a minimum order on any of our items.
We do
have available wholesale prices and guidelines. Please contact

Ordering
You may place
an order with Sweet As You Please™
in one of the following manners:
1. Shop our
online boutique 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. Our online
shopping cart is secured and ensures that your personal
information is not intercepted.
2. Send us a
completed Sweet As You Please™
order form with a personal check, made payable to Sweet As You
Please™.
Please contact us for your total including shipping.
3. Call
in your order and we'll be happy to hold onto it
until we receive payment in the mail. As soon as payment is
received, your order will be processed.
Amount of
Time to Create Your Order
All orders are
processed immediately and cannot be changed. Because Sweet As
You Please™
customizes each and every candle to your specifications, our
candles take approximately two - three weeks until shipment. If, for
any reason, it may take longer to create your order, you will be
notified immediately.
Availability / Backorders
At Sweet As You
Please™,
we make every attempt to keep all items in stock. However, we
cannot guarantee their availability. Any item out of stock will
not be backordered. If a product is out of stock, we will
attempt to contact you by phone or e-mail. You will then have
the option to choose an alternate item or to cancel your order altogether. If we cannot get in touch with you within two
business days, your order will be processed without those items,
and you will need to re-order them at another time.
Terms
All orders must
be pre-paid before shipping.
Credit
Cards
We currently
accept Visa and MasterCard.
Credit
Card Charges
Your credit
card will be charged either the day before shipment or upon
shipment of your candles.
If your credit
card is declined, we will notify you with this information. You
will have 5 business days to contact us with another credit card
before your order is canceled and will need to place your order
again.
The name on the
credit card must match the name on your account, and the
shipping address must match the billing address of your credit
card. If the shipping address is different than that used on the
card or there is a different name on the card other than the "ship to"
name, we may request verification from the actual card holder.
The person placing the order will have the responsibility for
the payment of these charges. Any charges resulting in charge
backs will be reported as credit card fraud to the appropriate
authorities. We have the right to refuse these orders.
Credit
Card Charge Backs
Any individual
who uses a credit card and places an order on our website,
understands and acknowledges our terms and policies. This
includes all shipping charges. Anyone claiming a charge back to
the credit card bank will be in violation and this will be reported
as credit card fraud to the appropriate authorities. We do
not take charge backs lightly.
Shipping
At Sweet As You
Please™,
we do not ship C.O.D. All orders within the United States
ship via UPS ground or by United States Postal Service. All
shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A
handling fee is added which includes insurance and delivery
confirmation. If you are quoted a shipping price, this is an
estimate only, and can be subject to change.
Refused
Orders
If you refuse a
delivery for any reason, you will be responsible for all
shipping charges in addition to a 20% restocking fee.
Damaged
Packages
We pack all of
our candles with the utmost care to ensure their safe arrival.
Each package leaves our facility in good condition. The
responsibility of Sweet As You Please™
stops upon delivery of our candles to the carrier. If damage
does occur to your package during shipment, please contact the
shipping carrier to make further arrangements.
Incomplete Shipment
If you receive
an order that is incomplete, please contact Sweet As You Please™
immediately. You will have 7 days from the day of delivery to
notify us of the missing items.
Returns
At this time,
we do not allow returns on any of our products. Because
we are a custom candle company, each candle is specifically
designed with your tastes in mind. All sales are final. Please order carefully. If
you are unsure of any color or fragrance, please order one of
our votives as a sample.
