:Candle Burning Safety:

Keep candle clean and free of dust and dirt. Keep candle out of reach of pets and children. Place candle in a nonflammable container and in a safe location away from drafts. Trim wick to ¼" before every lighting. Never leave a candle unattended while it's burning. Generally, allow a candle to burn 1 hour at a time for every inch in diameter.

:Container Candle Burning Safety:

Do not use jars that are chipped or cracked. Remove any packaging before lighting. During burning, the glass container may become warm to the touch. Take care when handling. To prevent the container from becoming excessively hot, don't allow the flame to touch the sides. To use the candle to its fullest, allow the candle to burn until the melt pool reaches the sides of the jar.

:Votive Candle Safety:

Votives are meant to act like container candles. As they burn, they liquefy so burn them in an appropriate votive container. Never burn a votive when it isn't in a container. To remove a votive from its container, place it in the freezer for a few minutes and then pop it out.

:Floret™ Melting Safety:

Place a floret in an appropriate potpourri burner designed for warming tarts. To remove or change florets, place burner in freezer, and then pop it out. Florets can also be removed when wax is still warm. Pour the liquid wax into a trash can.
